Busy bees

I know I know, it's been far too long. Life has been busy as we get closer to our wedding and we still are trying to work as many hours as we can. Chris and I are anxiously anticipating the next couple of months and know that it's going to be a whirl wind. When we get the chance, which isn't as often as we'd like, we sit together and snuggle up for a movie or go out for a nice walk. We've finally been able to enjoy some time outside and would like to think the snow is FINALLY finished and that Spring is here. The flowers are a nice punch of color and the trees are filling out. I love the way the mountains are coming alive in new shades of green. It's been enjoyable to take a moment and watch the Heaven's paint an incredible picture.

We've taken a few odd ball pics recently. For your browsing pleasure:

Birthday Boy

Food for thought - One us if is 32 and the other is 23!

Chris was spoiled and had smile on his face the whole day! We started with a very relaxing hot stone massage. Chris has decided he should start each day with a nice hour of relaxation! I can't say I disagree with him. We had a wonderful evening at the Mongolie Grill - complete with 2 girls smearing whipped cream on each other's faces! With 20 of us for supper there were lots of laughs and fun memories made. There were 20 of us for supper and it was nice to see everyone having fun trying something new.

Thanks to a gift to Chris from Mom and Dad P, we all enjoyed watching different techniques as we tried to place the golf ball on the tee. No one was able to master the game .... that is until yesterday. I even had Chris take a picture to prove it!!

Long time, no post

I know I know, it's been forever since I've done any updates. To say the least, things have been a little crazy. I don't know where the time goes, but I know we don't have much to spare. Both Chris and I have been working extra hours - especially Chris. He's now back at the mine and has a new view on the "old place". He learned lots of new skills with Tag - they were good to him and it was hard to tell them he was leaving. With his new-found skills, Chris had a great week! I can just see the boyish smile across his face when he called me on Monday! "Guess what ?!? I'm doing the job I've always wanted to do since I first started here 9 years ago!" Yes, he was happy and with those few months at Tag - the skills show! I am so proud.
